The Cloister
A refined setting for private client dining, The Cloister combines Monastrell’s Mediterranean haute cuisine with sea-facing windows, the warmth of the orangery and soaring ceilings.
Presentations in natural light
The Viewpoint
The Viewpoint combines views across Alicante’s harbour with abundant natural light for presentations and meetings. The space can also be fully enclosed and climate-controlled.
Private executive meetings
The Royal Chamber
On the first floor, The Royal Chamber is Monastrell’s most private space. Soft light filters through its small windows, making it ideal for senior leadership meetings and confidential discussions.
Outdoor corporate events
The Sky of Alicante
On the second floor, The Sky of Alicante is an inviting setting for corporate cocktails, with a retractable roof, a balcony overlooking the sea and a private bar.
