The kitchen of the Monastrell restaurant in Alicante, led by María José San Román, is immediately recognisable for its quality, its use of local products and, especially, for its excellent cooking. For all these reasons, Monastrell offers perfect and innovative Mediterranean cuisine.

Curious and innovative, renowned Spanish chef Maria San Román dedicates a great part of her time to investigating products that are native to Spanish gastronomy such as saffron, a product on which she is considered an international expert, rice dishes and Extra Virgin Olive oil.
