Following the success of this event María José San Román decided to repeat this event every year at this time of the year at Monastrell restaurant, recently moved to the promenade, next to Real Club de Regatas de Alicante. In this new location it keeps its Michelin star received in November 2013, being the only restaurant in the city of Alicante with this distinction. The new restaurant, designed by the architects Lola Alonso (La Vaquería, 2013) and Javier García-Solera (the antique Monastrell, at San Fernando Street, 2000) and executed by the company Senses Arquitectura e Interiorismo, consists of several well-defined spaces.

The restaurant and the open sea passage, feature furnishings in natural wood and metals that characterizes the recognizable image of the premises. On the first floor there are rooms used for private events; three modular halls that can become a unique space with a capacity for 60 people. And finally, the upper deck, with spectacular views of the city, the Benacantil and the Port, to enjoy the cocktail bar of Monastrell.
